Our EGO portal has been replaced with a brand‑new version. The new URL is https://reports.egotechnology.uk. Your username remains the same, but using the feature — "Forgot Password" — we require you to reset the password before signing in to the new portal.

This process is straightforward — simply input your username (normally your email address) on the new screen and click “Reset Password”. This will email you a new password to use on our portal.
